TRX suspension training is a full body workout designed for:
- Strength and power
- Increased motor skills
- Building fast twitch muscle fiber
It can also be used as a tool for stretching, so usually a class will start
off with 5 minutes stretching and 5 cooling down, and then approximately
40 minutes of non-stop training, usually performed in a 30/30 style routine
(meaning 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest), repeating designed routines
for the entire time. Exercises include high intensity complexes, which
are designed to burn fat and put your body in an elevated metabolic rate
for a few hours post-session.
Classes require a minimum of 4 people to participate in a 12 week program.
Once at least 4 people sign up, we will find a time that works for everyone.
