NASM CertifiedTraining people since 2007 I have developed an effective fitness system. I use HIIT Training, Weight Lifting, Resistance Training, TRX suspension training, Kettlebells, sandbags, Stability Training of all sorts, SAQ, body weight training and a mix of boxing fundamentals in order to keep people getting results and to avoid plateau. You must train the body in every fashion if you really want to have a strong core section as well as a strong body. I help clients accomplish that through concentric, eccentric and isometric ranges of motion and through frontal, sagittal and transverse planes of motion In 2013 in the Signal newspaper best of edition this was written. Just a little more than a year ago, Mind Body and Soul Fitness opened its first private training studio. After that year of hard work, dedication and passion for others, personal trainer Jason Mazy is pleased to accept Mind Body and Soul Fitness’ first award for “Best Personal Trainer” in The Signal’s 12th annual Best Of publication. “Our concept is easy: results. There is no one way to train a person, and each client is provided with what’s important to them.
