Tina has been in the health and fitness industry for many years. She has a doctrate degree in Chiropractic Medicine and is NASM certified in Personal Training. With her background, she has a vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and in training the body. Her passion is in personal training! Helping clients reach their goals is what she strives for.
She specializes in weight loss, building and toning muscle, increasing cardiovascular health and overall health of clients. She teaches proper form and mechanics in each and every exercise to avoid injury and achieve optimal results. To reach maximum outcome she utilizes stabilization training, resistance training, Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training), weight training and boxing. Tina focuses on building core strength by activating the core in each component of exercise!
